For as little as £3, you too can visit Bansky’s new UK theme park with a twist—Dismaland, a self-proclaimed ‘bemusement’ park that’s not exactly suitable for kids, a parody on Disneyland, which was, and is, meant for kids of all ages.
Meet a grim reaper, an orca jumping out of a toilet (it’s abstract) and a car crash of a Disney princess complete with paparazzi statues. (No comment)
Contributing artists include the Middle East. (Check the website for more details). Live acts include Run the Jewels and Massive Attack.
Scary or not, the Dismaland vibes are there. Seriously. Housed in an old theme park; open until 27 September 2015.
