The new season of the hit show Top Gear that has been watched by millions around the globe and has even led to spin-offs in several countries can now add Friends star Matt LeBlanc as a co-host. The new show is currently being filmed and will be presented by Chris Evans alongside the mysterious Stig.

No stranger to Top Gear, Matt LeBlanc has regularly featured on the show as a guest and even presented for Top Gear: The Races. This follows the ongoing saga of former host Jeremy Clarkson who was forced to leave the show after an altercation with a producer. Following the decision to let him go, his two co-hosts Richard Hammond and James May followed suit. They have since moved onto working on a new car show for Amazon with few details being released just yet.

With a release date for the latest Top Gear currently slated for sometime in May 2016, no word is out just yet on who the other co-hosts may be although there is some speculation. Check out the video below for some of the shenanigans of the previous hosts.
