Rihanna is Puma’s recent celebrity collaboration. She is now the brand’s ambassador and creative director and will be representing the brand’s new collections.
Rihanna is well-known for fashion and styling risks, therefore, her influence on the sport’s brand is bound to be interesting.
In 2014 Rihanna announced her partnership with Puma and earlier this year Puma released Rihanna’s Picks line for women. The star will also be the face of the brand’s fall 2015 campaign and she will be working on designing classic Puma styles.
Bjorn Gulden, Puma’s CEO released a statement saying: “Signing Rihanna is a fantastic step for Puma, her global profile, her charisma and individuality, her ambition- all these things make her a perfect ambassador for our brand. With a strong portfolio in football, running and motorsport, finding an inspiring partner for women’s training was very important. Rihanna was a natural choice for us.
